W.M. Management Group has adopted a simple three-tier approach to our clients. The three-tier approach consists of Management, Administrative Services and Maintenance Management Services.
Management Services consist of being a liaison between owner(s) and tenant(s), leasing/showings, census and parking reporting and perform daily/weekly building inspections to determine short term and/or long term project needs.
Administrative Services
Administrative Services consist of providing day to day operational services such as fielding inquires from current and potentially new tenants, contractors and other service providers (can provide on site personnel, if needed), prepare and serve violation notices and prepare monthly forms and detailed reports.
Maintenance Management Services
Maintenance Management Services consist of developing and administering preventive maintenance programs, inspect and maintain common areas and grounds, report maintenance needs to owner(s), solicit competitive bids for maintenance, repairs and unfortunate unexpected repairs, review bids with owner(s) and schedule the necessary work.
